Customer can place orders through our website or walk into our store to purchase.
  • How long before my order is shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
  • Why was my order canceled?

There are various reasons for an order being canceled. However, we will notify you in the event that your order cannot be fulfilled along with the reason. Please note: we do reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

Are the shoes authentic?

Yes, all shoes are guaranteed to be 100% Authentic. 

 

- Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately all sales are final and no changes or cancellations may happen unless otherwise stated.

 

- Can I exchange or return my order?

All sales are final and no exchanges are allowed.

 

- Where do you ship?

We only ship to confirmed addresses with Paypal or your credit card company.

  

- Why was my order cancelled?

Either the billing address or PayPal address wasn’t confirmed. 

 

- Do you put items on hold?

We can’t put any items on hold. FCFS

 

- Will you discount an item for me?

No discounts are available.

 

- Do you accept trades?

We do not accept trades of any kind.

We will provide tracking to all orders along with signature confirmation.
