- How Can I Order?

You can place your order through our website or walk into our store to purchase.

 

- How long before my order is shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

 

- Are the shoes authentic?

Yes, all shoes are guaranteed to be 100% Authentic. 

 

- Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately all sales are final and no changes or cancellations may happen unless otherwise stated.

 

- Can I exchange or return my order?

All sales are final and no exchanges are allowed.

 

- Where do you ship?

We only ship to confirmed addresses with Paypal or your credit card company.

  

- Why was my order cancelled?

Either the billing address or PayPal address wasn’t confirmed. 

 

- Do you put items on hold?

We can’t put any items on hold. FCFS

 

- Will you discount an item for me?

No discounts are available.

 

- Do you accept trades?

We do not accept trades of any kind.

We will provide tracking to all orders along with signature confirmation.

We typically buy out collections or single pairs during the second week of each month but buy out schedule is subject to change. Email us beforehand.
